False Harpy

An opportunistic creature that enjoys taking advantage of others work; stealing nests of true harpies. However she is flightless, and her camouflage doesn't hold up to any amount of scrutiny; the moment she raises her arms, her weakness is known. While other creatures are praised for mimicry from this region, it is easy to discern the false harpy cry, as her low intelligence only allows for the final few syllables of an uttered sentence to be regurgitated from her vile mouth.
